CaCO3 compound (calcium carbonate)

Our filler compounds consist of calcium carbonate (CaCO3)
mixed with various plastic polymers as polyethylene (PE),
polypropylene (PP) and polystyrene (PS) and are used to

  • LOWER RAW MATERIAL COST
  • INCREASE PRODUCTION OUTPUT
  • REDUCE MOLD SHRINKAGE
  • IMPROVE MELT STRENGTH
  • INCREASE HEAT DISTORTION TEMPERATURE
  • IMPROVE SURFACE PRINTING PROPERTIES
  • REDUCE SURFACE GLOSS
  • ACT AS THE PROCESSING AIDS
  • PROVIDE ANTI-FIBRILLATION FOR PP TAPE / YARN

Our goal is your satisfaction and a greener environment

Usage of (CaCO3 masterbatch)
70% to 80% base with

  • FILLED PE:
    T-shirt bags, consumer bags, hdpe blow molding products (medical & cosmetic container, lubricant & paint container, etc), corrugated pipes.
  • FILLED PP:
    Thermoformed packaging, raffia (bulk bags), fibc’s, pp valve bags, sheeting, automotive industry, electrical appliances, furniture, white goods.
  • FILLED PS:
    Extrusion, Thermoforming, Injection moulded parts
